This is a phishing scam posing as Verizon Financial Services. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!! It seems very legitimate but it is not. If you don't believe me, ask them what phone number the charges pertain to. They will give you a wrong number. Ask them why your online account shows a $0 balance, they will say that is wrong. Ask them the date of your last payment or the amount. They won't know. This is 100% fake. PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!!! I almost fell for it but Verizon****ured me that this is a scam that they are trying to stop.

Others seem to be saying it's Verizon Wireless Financial Services (billing dept.). I didn't answer and they left no msg. but I'm sure it prob. was Verizon since I didn't pay last month's bill yet due to being incorrectly overcharged. I intended to call them to discuss the bill but have been busy and completely forgot so I'm glad that missed call from them just reminded me.
