Why do so many people think if their phone rings they must answer it? You have Caller ID, USE IT! Do you let anyone coming to your door into your home? Of course not. Wake up people, these are crooks, DO NOT ANSWER when they call you! They manipulate the CID system so any info you get is probably bogus anyway. If for some insane reason you must answer it's too late! The second you answer the phone you have told them you have a valid phone number. They will then sell this info to other scammers. Pushing a # to 'remove yourself from their list' does absolutely NOTHING for you. Do NOT call them back! IF YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE! WAKE UP PEOPLE! How easy is that? Stop these calls with Phone Tray Pro - Https://www.phonetray.com/ BTW the phone block system the phone company charges you for does NOT block all the calls Phone Tray Pro does. Disclaimer: I have NO connection with Phone Tray Pro other than being an EXTREMELY happy customer of their products. I used Phone Tray Free for years and now use their Phone Tray Pro. Best money I have ever spent! I've seen references for a "call blocker" by DIGITONE for $100. It only blocks "up to 80 numbers"! Don't waste your money, Phone Tray Pro does a MUCH better job for 70% less money! Same goes for TELE ZAPPER, Phone Tray Pro does a MUCH better job for less than HALF the price! Same for PRO CALL BLOCKER from Amazon.com for $50. Phone Tray Pro does a MUCH better job for a LOT less money. Don't waste your money on these worthless gadgets. PhoneTray Pro has a 30 day money back guarantee. Their EMail customer support is great, they reply quickly to any questions you might have. As of 05/22/13 I have 186 #'s, 12 Wild Card #'s and 13 names on my PTP Black List that will never get through a***n. The list is constantly growing. BTW the DNC only affects reputable companies NOT scammers. Don't be so naive.

This caller is so persistent. At first I didn't answer the calls but that didn't help, they just kept calling back. But late last week I found a blog comment for another phone number that was also calling me. It said to call 866-246-7196 for a do not call request service. When I called and asked, they said they provide this service for a small number of companies that call consumers that want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who don't want to be called. Sounded good to me so I gave them both caller's phone numbers which they confirmed on their list and requested removal of mine. It took a couple of days but it did stop the calls.

I reported the caller to the Do Not Call List on line. The only way someone is going to catch this **** is if enough people report the caller to the Do Not Call list. I used to report such to the FTC.gov extensive list, but my complaints on that list have been blocked. Supposedly someone actually ***ts down these folks. An As****ACIFIC scamming gang was caught via telephone reporting a couple of years ago.

Called with customer ID saying "Customer Care". On answer, was told I'd been selected for free home security system, then connected with Christine. I asked her name and where she was calling from, and she ***g up. Like Robby, I'm supposedly already on the DNC list. WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE NOT PROSECUTED AND PUT IN JAIL??
