When you get an old phone from Verizon, the salesman lies to you and tells you he's erased all information from the phone. This is a lie. Further, a Verizon person from another part of the country will keep leaving you messages and texting you so you will text them back, then Verizon can charge you for texting (when you have not purchased texting/messaging). This is a scam by Verizon. My phone goes off in the middle of the night, etc., which provokes me to call and say "Stop calling me," then Verizon charges me. The person at this number is a scam artist and a s*** bucket.
