This is the phone number of a Richard William he also has a home telephone number of 703-662-4275. He is a romance scammer, he is very convincing and also has an email address of [email protected]. I have NUMEROUS emails of letters he wrote me that were copied off of romancescam websites and have NUMEROUS pictures he sent me. Please do not be fooled by this person he is very slick at what he does. He also claims to have a company in Washington, D.C. called Richwells Oil and Gas.
