Kept receiving calls from this number but would never answer and they would never leave a message. finally answered, had to wait through about 20 sec of dead air before the Comcast telemarketer came on the line and wanted to sell me an upgrade package. I stayed on the line and refused the offer until she was satisfied I was not biting and let me go. hopefully this should stop the calls, if not I will add another comment here and file a complaint. They should only be calling you if you have Comcast service. This does not apply to the do-not-call registry.

I get calls from this number on my cell. Since I didn't recognize the #, I let it go to vm. They ***g up. I then blocked the # because my landline immediately rang and they ***g up when I didn't answer (screening). This is one of three numbers I have now had to block.

They called my cell phone. On a Pay-As-You-Go program, you pay for phone spam. THE COMPANY NAME WAS UNINTELLIGIABLE; But the call log showed this phone number. I have signed up for the DO-NOT-CALL list more than once --shouldn't this have blocked them? My phone software has no ****on to block their calls. I am concerned with how they got my phone #, since I do not have an Account with them; & 2 months ago received improper charges to my Credit Card [which I was forced to cancel] from 2 other online phone service companies.: car cellphone dot com in the UK & Orange in Darlington, GB. I do not have accounts with either company & have ordered no goods or services from them. Has someone sold my Iden***y?

I have been getting calls from this number for about 3 days straight now. They usually call between 10-11 a.m. EST. It shows up as TLK GRP LLC. I did cancel comcast and go with Verizon about 3 months ago.....Don't know what the deal is but I did get a bill for unreturned equipment but called and notified them I used my original modem and not the piece of **** they originally wanted to install.

I also need to thank William:I called 703-490-1550 and got someone there who put me on their "do not call list". However, he said it may take 30 days for the calls to stop. Since I get at least 2 calls from them per day, I'm not happy about that, but at least it was SOME response and he seemed nice. I guess I'll have to see if the calls stop.Just so people know, It was Talk Group and they are calling on behalf of Comcast (at least in my case). I am a Comcast cutomer. The Do Not Call Registry, if you are registered, allows any company that you already do business with, or have done business with in the past, to call you even if you are listed on the Do Not Call Registry. It also allows their "affiliate" companies to call!The Do Not Call Registry is not all inclusive. Not For Profit groups are also still allowed to call you (police, fire fighter, ambulance, other charity groups, etc) to ask for a donation, and even companies who do tele-surveys are allowed to continue to call. However, ALL of these organizations MUST put you on their own do not call list if you ask them to.

Called the # given above and was told originally to call back in the morning to talk to "Eric", the person sho keeps track of these things. I asked if "Eric" had an extension and was told no. I asked if "Eric" would answer the main number and then I was told I was breaking up and they couldn't hear me. Eventually the person told me to call Comcast to settle the issue. I immediately called Comcast. Of course their phone menu doesn't have an option to just talk to someone. So after you select "English" just hit the zero key 4 or 5 times to confuse their system and be kicked to a real operator. The person who picked up knew exactly what I wanted. Asked for my address and said he removed me from the list immediately.

I just got a call from the "imfamous" 703-330-0318 and another call from another strange number out of CA last week. I don't bother answering numbers that I don't recognize anyway, but it's still a nuisance to hear my phone ring when I don't want to be bothered. I am a Comcast customer, but I am not interested in anything additional or deleted from my services with them. I am happy with what I declare efficient for me, myself and I! Ok,I found the answer on another website: the number 703-330-0318 is for a telemarketing company doing marketing for your local cable provider (in my case, Comcast). Call Pro, which is now Talk Group is a telemarketing firm mainly for comcast but also calls for other companies like Mediacom and Time Warner..I called 703-490-1550 and spoke with a very nice operator who explained this. I asked her to please put me on their do not call list, and she said no problem. It has been a week now, and no calls.

They are calling with promotions for Comcast and we actually listened to what they(Comcast) was offering and it was a lot better deal than we have now....so we signed up. The package they offered us will save us about $50 a month! We were very glad we answered the call this time, but we're were skeptical at first.
