Call came from Sterling, ******ia to Kansas at 14:57 on 12-22-08 with an "Unknown Name" on the caller ID. I did not answer and no message left. The number issued out to Encore Networks at Sterling. They also have a security network. I don't know what to make of this. I have no connection with them, but they could be hawking the cable service.
