They are NOT Capital One- I called to confirm. Do NOT give them any information.
(703) 229-1571 - August 28th, 2008 4:00am
They are scam artists looking to ***n credit card information or personal information for illegal purposes. DO NOT give them any info, they are not NCO Financial nor are affiliated with Capital One in any way! I have confirmed this with both parties with their true business numbers. Further research shows a location in Los Angeles. This has been reported to the FBI and Local Police. If you are contacted by this number you should report it to the authorities. Since it is a call crossing over state lines, it is a state and federal matter.

(703) 229-1571 - June 16th, 2008 4:00am
They are NCO Financial and collecting for Capital One (a disgusting company if ever there was one). Claimed they were recording the call and would take my number off but needed to recyle. This is a day after another phone call, different phone number, also collecting for Capital One. That one told me it would take 48 hours to recyle. So by day after tomorrow no more calls and ****ups right? My phone number is 4 years old and belonged to someone who still uses it and never pays their bills.

Got a call from this number at 8 in the morning. They were looking for someone with my last name but a different first initial; didn't match me but I think they were looking for one of my family members. They gave me the number 877-803-8009 to give to said family member. Said it was 'important personal business' but wouldn't elaborate beyond that.
