This amount was based upon five calls made after I told them to stop calling and their failure to provide me with a copy of their Do Not Call Policy and their failure to maintain a Do Not Call List. I received a judgment for the full amount of $3500, plus $60 in court costs. I'm tired of paying for their text messages.Like I'm going to believe I get a free WalMart & gas card but only have to pay "shipping".  Calls to the number they leave **** up whenever you mention removing your number from their list. report to your state consumer agency!

This was from a clearance site for car dealers going out of business.  I'm going to find their domain hosting service and report them.

Received a spam SMS from 702-415-5006 saying:"Call now to receive ur $20 Shopping Card & $50 Gas Card! Call 1877-399-7792 1877-399-7792Code:SXVR12Reply Stop 2end"

Submitted a complaint, including all specifics of the SMS, to godaddy.com's support area.  Let's hope they shut 'em down.
