In Arizona, we can record calls without permission (ARS 13-3005.A(1)(2) and 13-3012(5)(c). These jokers called me. They wanted me to speak to the attorney's****istant not the****istant attorney. For Real? A warrant for demand on a bounced check. That means nothing to me. I took out a pay day loan and I couldnt afford to pay it back due to unforeseen cir***stances. These people are the worst. I kept the recorded calls. Take me to court if you want, you will be counter-sued for misrepresentation of a legal attorney.
