Asian guy had my name. When I began asking him questions he ****es up. I call back from another #, the recording telling me that the number is not functional

This number has called 3 times with no person in the other line. I called it back from another number and it says they were calling with a special offer. Then asks me to enter the number they called. Very strange and I do not trust this is legit.
