Got a call on my number that is listed in the do not call list. The call offered "to lower your credit card interest rate". I waited to talk to a person and demanded to remove me from their list. The guy said he refuse to do so. He has Indian accent and may be siting off s****. As mentioned before, it is possible that the caller ID showing a number that belongs to someone else.
