They are scam artists and extortionists, most likely they are calling from India they rent out phone numbers in the united states or use prepaid cell phones. I have been getting these calls for about a month now. When you tell them you want them to stop the don't because there is really nothing you can do to them because they aren't even in the united states. When they call me I just mess around with them and get them so frustrated, the calls are annoying but I'm not going to c****e my number because of these people. What we all need to do is find out which companies that are giving up our personal information and boycott them! I have begun doing this and have a list of companies that are doing this.

I keep getting calls from this number with a female's voice that is very hard for me to understand. Sounds like a foreign language. They left a similar message on both my home and cell voice mails. I was on a training call and told the woman I did not want to talk right now. She called back two more times, which to me was not only annoying but threatening. I don't have the phone number to compare, but I got similar calls from a female voice about a week ago earlier in the day that woke me up. That was VERY annoying when she kept calling back.If anyone can find out who this number belongs to I would appreciate it.
