This is another malicious scam call from someone claiming to be from IRS saying "IRS is filing lawsuit a***nst you" and to immediately call their department number 661-548-2203. Caller ID said "California Hot Springs" which according to Wikipedia is a location in the California desert with a 2010 population of 37. Don't ever respond to these vermin or give them a second of your time.
