Let me see. If you have a credit card loan that you fall behind on, eventually it will be settled. Say you owe $5K. You may eventually owe double that amount. called for someone else, seemed like a collection agency for that joke "University of P***nix" wanna-be online school.But when I explained it was my personal cell phone they said they'd update their records, so we'll see if they try calling a***n..Unlike other collections that work for Captial One & call my personal cell phone for other people, this woman was polite and calm, not accusatory or rude like the Capital One people are.

Appears to be a collection agency. Called me asking for someone else. Did not identify themselves. I called the number back later and got an autoattendant which identified as Account Control Technologies. Just added them to my Do Not Answer list so that my cellphone will not even take the call.
