Good old "Rachel". Scammers trying to get your credit card info under the guise of lowering your interest rate. No amount of pleading, yelling, cajoling or threatening will stop them from calling you - if you try to tell them to stop they just yell expletives and **** up on you. My call was just like the ones listed below. The call was a pre-recorded message on my phone which has been listed on the Do Not Call Registry for some time now. They told me I had to get back to them immediately so my credit card "rates" could be lowered and that today was the last day. I didn't even bother to call this number back as it likely would be disconnected. I have filed yet another complaint with the FTC since pre-recorded phone messages are no longer legal. I wouldn't call this number back, either, since I am concerned that these bogus calls are a way to try and glean some information about your phone. These types of calls are all a waste of time and I have yet to figure out the point of them.
