This number keeps calling everyday without leaving a voicemail. Attempted to call back, but it goes straight to a message saying the number has been disconnected. Very annoying.

My call was just like the ones listed below. The call was a pre-recorded message on my phone which has been listed on the Do Not Call Registry for some time now. They told me I had to get back to them immediately so my credit card "rates" could be lowered and that today was the last day. I didn't even bother to call this number back as it likely would be disconnected. I have filed yet another complaint with the FTC since pre-recorded phone messages are no longer legal. I wouldn't call this number back, either, since I am concerned that these bogus calls are a way to try and glean some information about your phone. These types of calls are all a waste of time and I have yet to figure out the point of them.

Computerized call from unidentified credit card company claimed I had been mailed several notices and this was the last attempt to contact me regarding my annual credit card review. I was directed to press #1 to continue. I pressed 1 and got to Jenneifer. i asked shat bank she was with and she said "all the banks. Captial one, chase, BofA." I told her i wanted to know how she got my number since i'm on the do not call registry and she said "i didn't call you, you called me. My phone rang and I picked it up!" i told her that's false. Her company's autodialer system called me, and i wanted to know how she got my nubmer. She ***g up on me.

Got a call from this number, recording said it was related to a credit card, that they'd tried several times to contact me - a lie - and this would be my last 'courtesy call,' then, press 1 to talk to a person. The person came on & asked if I wanted better interest rates. I asked what company owned that telephone number & was ***g up on before I could even tell them I'm on the do-not-call registry & was going to report their call. I did report them.

Got a call at 6:58pm from this number, answered and it was a recording from "Card member services" claiming it is "almost too late to lock in low interest rates on my credit card" .. generic ****. I pressed 1 to talk to a "Friendly customer service representative" and asked immediately to be removed from their call list and stated I am on the national do not call registry and I do not have a single credit card. She said "OK" and ***g up on me.

Good old "Rachel". Scammers trying to get your credit card info under the guise of lowering your interest rate. No amount of pleading, yelling, cajoling or threatening will stop them from calling you - if you try to tell them to stop they just yell expletives and **** up on you. I'm really glad we have a huge expensive bureauc**** called the FTC who's only job in life is to stop this kind of thing. Your tax dollars at "work"!

I received a call today and they were posing as "Cardmember Services" stating they could lower my interest rates. They wanted my card number - I said you are calling from the credit card company right - you have the card number. I told them I don't feel comfortable giving out that information and when I called back - it went to Carl's voicemail that interesting enough's voicemail was full. LOL

Received an automated call saying it was a last call on my overdue credit card bill. I was transferred to an agent - I asked what credit card was I supposed to be late on. Either I touched the wrong thing on my cell phone or they disconnected.
