This is a personal phone number that belongs to someone ****ing fraudulent txt msgs claiming that "You've been chosen for a $1000 Walmart card." Then within the txt msg is a url for a website that the recipient is supposed to go to in order to claim prize. Do not believe it. This is fraudulent.
