I called the number back and it was a recording asking if I wanted to be added to their do not call list. Which tells me it's definitely at least a telemarketing number or maybe even a scam number. My caller ID is saying their name is GC Services. Of which I didn't go any further than to just add my number to the "do not call list" that it automatically offers.
