I got a call from this number looking for someone in the office. They wanted a phone number. I said that there was no way to reach them.

I've been dealing with them for 3 years now, they will randomly leave me alone and after being ignored for awhile they go away a***n. This morning I was rudely awoken at 6am with a call from Michael Winters/Weathers. Telling me he dealt with me back in 07/08 blah blah he was telling me i owed $414 from a bad check to "**********" pretty sure I have NO clue what that is, well he is now coming across the same issue he did two years ago, HE DOESNT HAVE A COPY OF THE CHECK AS PROOF, so i called him back asking him to send that with the letter, I even gave them my new address because well I'd love to see proof LOL. Well he told me not call "my office and yell at me! go to*****" hmmm realllly SCAM.

Had the sheriff out here today with a court date...received a garnish wage at my husband work place...this was all today...if you are garnishing my wages why do we need to go to court...credit card that was paid off years ago...that I have fought for years.  What is guy doing?

Incredibly rude and a bit suspect.  I wouldn't answer his questions based on his tone and then became belligerent.  Don't trust them.

Got a call from this number twice in two days.  Say they are looking for the person who gave them my number.  Don't know these people, never gave the number out to them.  Have found out that a person who had my number before me is still using it and they are now calling me looking for that person.  Said that I know the person and I better have them return the call.  I just moved to this area and don't know anyone by that name.

got a pre-recorded message saying "Please don't **** up this is not a sales call we are trying to reach a person that gave us this phone number, please call us back at......... please refer to reference  ####### thank you."  I didn't give my number to anyone.

I callled back and told them why you calling my house so early i havent made coffee yet.. and hes like no, you callled my office... this is micheal weathers blah blah blah, i just ***g up what a **** ant. then hes like tell me who you are so i can help you out,,, mouther***ker u need help calling people at 8:14 in the morning. there should be a law people calling your house before noon.

There was a call from 651-***-0443 informing me:"Please do not **** up; this is not a telemarketing call......... " I called bach to the number that came up on the caller ID, and a male voice answered "Como Law". He wanted to know if I was Adrian Lamb. I asked him if HE was Adrian Lamb. He the asked if I knew Adrian Lamb. I asked him if HE knew Adrian Lamb. After some going around and around like this, I finally informed him that Adrian Lamb died last month, his funeral was on June 25th, and if they wanted to see him in person, they would have to visit the Forest Hills Cemetery and dig up the grave in plot # 273-B. Needless to say, that rude guy was really ****ed off, and he ***g up. Next time he calls and asks for Adrian Lamb, I am going to inform him that Adrian Lamb has quietly gone away to Minnesota, where he is shacking up with the wife of one of the partners in Como Law.

Very rude, I am su****ious of giving them any personal information. Don't know where they got my phone number. RED FLAG.Stephen Russo is the lawyer and "Sherri" is his b***h. I would google the customer complaints before you believe anything they have told you.

Similar calls have been frequent.  Since I called FTC this week, these calls have become daily.  No bad-credit trouble here.

For those of you that think it's OK for this company to harrass people for no reason, please explain why, when they call they don't know your name? With that being said; attached is their toll free number. When you call they will answer the same "Law Firm" and when they do, keeping in mind this is now on their dime, simply say, "I am trying to contact the person that gave me this number. Trust me, they get very angry when the s*** is on the other foot, and it certainly doesn't permit them taking the Lord's name in vein. These people called my new cell phone, left a message for me to "not **** up" and number at which to call them back.  Before I did so, I looked at your Website, and then called them.  They answered "Como Law Firm," and the woman that answered told me to "hold on," which I did, for a few minutes.  When the woman left me ****ing, I thought, "How long am I supposed to '**** on' for?--what's she doing?"  I had a feeling that she was doing a lookup on her computer for the number she was probably seeing on Caller ID (she wasn't going to find it, as I was now calling from our land line).  I ***g up and called back and "Sam" answered.  He told me who they were calling for (not me), and I gave him a***n my cell #, and he said, "mystery solved," and that they would remove it from their list.One can see what a problem this can cause for collections.  The only solution I can see at this point is for phone and cell phone companies to not turn over phone numbers as often.  Aren't they actually giving out old numbers as often as 3 months or so****ing?  That is too soon, in my opinion.  Either that, or force these companies to do credit checks on old phone #s users, so that the person that has their (deadbeats') old number as their new number, aren't penalized for the sins of the previous user of that phone #.  There must be so****ing these companies can do?  Why should I be penalized?  I'm not the person who didn't pay my bills.  I was just****igned the cell phone number of that person.  The company I got my cell phone from was T-Mobile.

They called my home & said that they wanted a call back from a recorded message. I called them & they (Mr Michael Weathers) was polite & when they confirmed it was a wrong #, they apologized & thanked me for calling & removed my # from their database.I wasn't rude or obnoxious with them & they were not rude or obnoxious with me. Maybe some of the people here are being biased due to their own problems or issues & need to pass the blame on someone other then themselves?

i made a payment to como law firm for collections and the promised me a reciet in 4 to 5 days and it had now been a week and a half and still no sign of the receipts is this a prank or what i think so. i give them 3 days and then there will be more issuses.

I had been receiving messages from this number on my answering ma****e for a week or two. I researched the problem on here, and was not looking forward to calling back, but I wanted the calls to stop.  I knew they weren't for me (credit score = 800), but I was expecting a fight.  Much to my surprise, the guy said they were looking for a "Lisa Anderson," and when I told him I had never heard of her, he said "thank you very much" and was very nice.  His name was Joe, and he was aware of the reputation he had on the net.  I have to be honest, credit collections is a tough business, but Joe was a nice guy.Caller ID: 651 *** 0443Caller: Como Law FirmCaller Type: Collection Agency

I got a call from this { law } firm. Of course they were looking for a Julie Neilson. I don't know a Julie Neilson, so I told them to quit calling her at my # . The guy told me to loose the at***ude I guess you should be pleasant with him. I get these calls about every 6 months. They tell me they will take my # out , but 6 months another call.

Collection attorneys in Minnesota by name of Rosso and Seierstad. They leave a prerecorded message stating that they are trying to reach the person who gave them that number.  I never gave them my number so it's a bunch of ****.

The name on the caller ID is blocked.  I looked the phone number up on the internet. The call comes from collection attorneys in Minnesota by the name of Russo & So****ing.  They leave a prerecorded message  Stating that they are trying to reach the person who gave them that number.  I know I never gave them my number so I know that's a BS statement.
