I received a call from this number soliciting a donation for the Texas Highway Patrol and when I tried to speak to the supposed officer on the other end I realized it a recording and then the line disconnected I called back and it’s like a recording that’s so****ing predictive but a recording so how do you donate money to a recording and I’m in Minnesota and 651 is a Minnesota area code not Texas so not making sense

Got a call from this number attempting to defraud me of $800 from a payday loan I've never had from CashNet. Caller says they don't have any physical address and that she's from South Carolina. RIIIIGGHHTT!
