Appears to be a real estate scam trying to get people to pay them a fee for credit checks. Once they get paid for the credit check they disappear. If you're looking at a house to rent, Google the address and see if it's listed for rent at the same price on any other websites. If it is not that means that somebody has taken a legitimate rental and c****ed the price to lower it to get you to call them you give them a credit check fee and it's usually $50 to $100 per person over cash app or venmo and if they do that 10 times a day they're making thousands of dollars a week
