I just received a Telemarketing Call from Fisher Investment. (Caller ID 650-350-5950) 1. I did not "opt-in" for the call so your firm violated FCC Regulations. I am filing a complaint with the FCC. 2. Your telemarketer would not provide me with your average return since 2000, when he refused to give me the information I asked for his supervisor. His supervisor would not give me your average return since 2000. I have filed a complaint with the SEC. Your telemarketing supervisor was rude to me and very condescending and said " we can give you our returns if we meet in person". That told me that your company has so****ing to hide if you cannot tell me your track record on the phone or at least send me to a webpage with the track record on it. What is your average return since 2000? Can any executive of your company give me that information? Failure to give prospect/client current average returns is in violation of SEC Regulations and California Law. Illegal telemarketing practices and misleading information in order to set appointments and defraud senior citizens must stop!

I've been getting these calls 3-4 times a day for the last month. They never leave a message, so I s****ed answering the calls hoping I could tell them to remove me from their calling list. Every time I answer it's dead air. There's no way to complain about the calls because you can never get anyone on the phone!I never give out my # online nor have I requested any financial info. I received numerous calls from this number on my cell phone. I don't answer it as I don't recognize the number. They don't leave a message. The MO of the caller appears to be consistent with the comments posted on this site. I have call blocking on all of my phone lines including my cell phone. Thus, this appears to be a violation off the FCC telecommunication laws. That is probably why they say that they are returning your inquiry to their website. As an aside, the Fisher Investments name sounds familiar. I believe I have received unsolicited mailings from them.

The call is from Fisher Investments. In these down economic times the company is getting desperate for customers and continues to call me at an alarming rate. Each time they've called it has been during a meeting or in front of a customer. But at first opportunity I plan to let them have it for continuing to call and not leaving a return number or voicemail. I think that it's rude and inconsiderate.

In order to download the material you were required to fill out a form with your email and phone #.
