He then goes on to tell me to go purchase a OneVanilla Gift Card in the amount of 100$ at CVS, then call him back. Then he would be able to load 8,000$ immediately and setup the weekly pay-outs. Beware... if your phone call sounds anything like this...****-up... It's a Scam
