Received a call from a heavy accent lady asking if we accepted Amercian Express as payment and told her we prefer not to and asked why since its a valid card and stated the high service fee associated with it. Asked if her friend was local as she could use her bank to pay for services via checking and she stated she doesn't have a checking acct. Asked for the friend's name and address to verify the call and she stated she had to go. Bye!!!

A man with a heavy European accent called and asked "do we take cards"? I said yes, then he asked, " America Express" and I said yes. I only answered him because I thought he was a parent of a company that I manage and we do take cards. I tried calling back and no one answered.
