They call constantly,but , they don't say who the are, just a very important bs. matter to discuss. It is becoming harrassing

This number had called to my cell old cell and home number.  My son did not know and answered the call.  But prior to this ***ber: 636-634-2864 calling ever since the locall news paper mention about the credit agency: like Equifax or Trans-Union or so****ing that most of us got creadit rating from.  Those creadit agency sold most of consumers name and telephone number to another marketing are currently up-held in federal court sometime early 2008.  Since I'd  read the news and these peoples works with this company- 636-634-2864 told me I'd owning some debt. from Chase bank.  They want to speak with me. I told them that this gotten very ****, I asked them put this remarks in their database that I won the case in district court and the Chase legal department had paid me in full amount for their wrongful paractices 2.5 year ago.  I still have those do***ents.  But these peoples at the 636-634-2864  did not take note for answered.  I am very sure if I contact law firm regarding this matters, I could benefiting from class action suit.  Any suggestion anyone-law firm???

These people call me all the time. Nothing but blank air or a recording instructiong me to call them back. Today a LIVE person answered when I picked up. I know why they call, my sister, who has NEVER lived here, owes money. They have MY number and call me. I told him to remove my number from his call list and to NEVER call it a***n. He said he didn't have to, and DENIED that legally he had any responsibility to. Then he challenged me to name the law that said he had to, and said there was no such law. He even proudly proclaimed that despite the fact I instructed him to never call a***n, he WOULD call back tomorrow. Finally he said I was rude.Apparently, you know, rude because I refused to talk to him and insisted he could not call and harass me.

Oct 1, guy left message for a name I was not familiar with. I just deleted the message.Oct 2, just heard the person breathing on the voice mail. I deleted. I have recieved several calls from this number. I've spoken directly with people and also missed  several calls as indicated by my phone's caller I.D.   The people who call are always rude and obnoxious with the exceptions of one man. They're calling about an alleged debt that is way past North Carolina's Statue of Limitations. They have never contacted me by mail therefore, I don't havc an address for them. But I was just recently contacted by one of them by phone saying they had filed a claim a***nst me. Previously, One even told me (after I told him not to call anymore) that they would continue to call and harrass me as long as they want to. Total harrassment!

Just got my 1st call on my landline asking to speak to someone by the name of "Frank Crowder."  Never heard of him.  The prerecorded message directed to call them @ an 888 # which I did not write down, much less call.  I've been registered with DoNotCall.Gov for at least 3 years.  I quit paying for an unlisted # not quite 2 years ago.  It's a shame to have to pay $2-3 a month to prevent these annoying calls - it should be the other way around.  If I receive just one more call, I will not hesitate to report them.

I just put my son on my cell phone account. He has received eight calls from this number since October 20, 2008 Fortunatly the first time they called, he did not answer it becaues he did not recognize the number and asked me, I instructed him not to answer it. They continue calling and called a***n this morning while he was in school so I "googled" the number. You would think like Rhonda said, if the voice mail answers and you don't here the name of the person you are calling, that maybe you should not call back.  This is pure harassment!

This number belongs to Central Credit Services.  I received a settlement opportunity letter from them the other day in regards to a Sears credit card purchased by Citibank.  They have been phoning me for months.  I thank God for caller ID.  I will be forwarding a copy of the letter to a law firm handling my case and I will phone them also to inform them that the letter is in the mail as they are acting in my behalf and warned me not to do anything myself without first notifying them.  I will not be contacting Central Credit.

Just received a call from this number, wanted to leave a message for "Martha Madden".  ***ody by that name here, asked him what number he was dialing, and he gave me my correct cell phone number as the number he dialed.  Told him a***n that there was ***ody here by that name, he persisted, asking how long I had that number, and if I received lots of calls for "Martha Madden".  Had this number for 10 years, and this was the first call for Martha.  Wanted to leave a message for Martha... goodbye.

today a man wanted to speak to my husband. i told the man my husband was offs**** and would not be home for another week and the man instisted tha my husband call him within the hour about a van that was repossed over 2 years ago. my husband is on a rig in the ocean.  i cant just call him when i want to.  then the man wanted my husbands checking info.  i told him i was not going to give him any info like that.  he was very rude

This number has called me numerous times over the past week looking for my son.  When I try asking them questions, they tell me they are the one calling and I advise them I am the one paying for the phone they are calling.  They are outrageously rude.  They have used excuses such as, a lawsuit has been filed, today was he told us on 10/2 this was his number.  They just make it up as they go as neither of those were true.  I guess everyone needs a job :)

These creatures will not stop calling. I managed to tell them once that they have the wrong number but they refuse to stop calling me. They are CCS, a collections agency.  Does anyone have a DIRECT number to perhaps the Marketing dept. of this company.  Get it and we can flood them to see how they like it.  People in sales don't have time for B.S. calls and I can bet that they will make sure you don't get called a***n.!!!!!!!!!  Let's do it people.

I received a call from this number 636-634-2864.  The only reason I know the number is due to caller ID.  The idiot says I must call by 3:30 ET today, but how about leave a **** number so I can call you back.  He says we need to clear this up voluntarily today.  Why should I call back just based on a caller ID number?  If you can't leave a detailed message you don't need to talk to me that bad!

Has called my home number a few times but never left a message, then today actually called my work and left a message.  A woman gave an 866- number to return her call saying it was imperative to talk to me.  The never said who they were or what they wanted. I do not take personal calls at work so did not pick up nor will I but it bothers me that they have that number to call.

Ask me to call right away to discuss important paperwork, but never left who they were calling with or what for.  I'm certain now after reading the other comments that they are likely a credit company of some sort trying to get money I don't have and will manipulate me into giving them money I don't have.  I thought that by law they had to tell me they were debt collectors??

I got several calls from this number and it is a debt collection agency.  The guy that I spoke with was extremely rude telling me that I was a bad mother because my daughter answered the phone and then preceded to tell me that my marriage was bad because I let my husband deal with the finances.  Do not answer this number!!!

How about if you call my number and you hear a voice message saying a different name that would indicate the person you are calling is not at this number. I guess these jobs are no ***iners they just push a ****on and make a call, they don't indulge in the thought process. I am fed up!

This company was calling me looking for someone I don't even know.  I kept  telling them that I don't know this person.  I asked them to stop calling me, but they still called me up to seven or more times a day.  I had to get my number c****ed they are just unreal.

This number has called me like crazy this week. They have called at least 2 times per day. Today my mom answered and they asked for the wrong first name and then my maiden name. I've been married for 10 years. They never leave a message.

This phone # has been calling for the past few weeks, several times a day.  I never answer and I just let it go to voicemail.  Finally I googled it and found that im not the only one.

Caller identified themselves as "Cheryl Hall" and wanted to speak with me or the attorney on record for a case number. Left a 1-888 direct line number to call her back on.  Yea right!
