I answered. No one on the other line. I called the number back. The male on the other end refused to just put my number (which I had to repeat 5 times before he got it right) on a do not call list without verifying my name. I told him all he needs is the number to add to the list and he kept telling me he needed to verify who I was first. GIVE THESE PEOPLE NOTHING! He also kept telling me he needed the number and my info to verify my account. We don't have an account with charter. GGGRRRR! Who the heck can I report these people to?
