whats jak productions number?
(636) 327-4442 - February 23rd, 2009 5:00am
JAK productions is absolutely the most shady company i have ever worked for!We call people basically pretending to be law enforcement to trick them into giving money, we don't say we are police but weare not allowed to say we are not unless asked. we also commit multiple FTC violations on a daily basis. Here is a script that we use:----------------------------------mr/m***ample: mr/ms Big C****(we say*****o and the other person says*****o back, thats how we know if its a man or a woman)hello,*****o..hellothis is Big Scamer calling on behalf of the colorado police protective****ociation::PAUSE:: (they usually say 'yes?')Mr. C****, the officers want to remind you to buckle up for safety and most importantly please remind your friends and family not to drink and drive.Mr C****, the officers are conducting there 200x fund drive and the proceeds will be used for the ***** BENEFITS for the familys of officer who die in the line of duty along with some other wonderful programs like the bullet proof vest program to protect the officers.as a paid solicitor with J.A.K. I'm going to send you the 200x CPPA decal that way you can show your great support to the officers.the donation levels are the gold at 45 the silver is 35 and the bronze is 25 this year.I will go ahead and put you down for the 35 unless you want to reach up and touch the gold or silver this year, does the 35 sound fair enough to you?rebutle 1: Mr , not only does the cppa provide ***** benefits but it also provides a scollarship program for the sons and daughters of the officers. now can the officers count on you for a goodwill pledge of 20.rebutle 2: Mr C**** can the officers count on you for a booster pledge of 15 or 12?--------------------------IF YOU NEVER WANT TO BE CALLED A***N andIf you would like to help combat this scam, tell the caller what he wants to hear, sure go ahead and put me down for the GOLD. at this point you can give them a fake addr or give them your correct addr and receive a free cppa decal for your vehicle. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY ONE RED CENT! and if you don't pay the pledge/donation you will receive a call in 2 to 3 months and this is the script:---------------------Mr C****, you were contacted a few months ago and you made a very generous commitment to the CPPAa letter and a decal were sent to you and also a second letter, however the CPPA has yet to receive your donationnow perhaps you lost the pledge kit or didn't receive it, or for some unforeseen reason you were unable to send it back.Mr C**** do you remember receiving the pledge kit or decal?Thats ok Mr c****, the reason im calling is try to reduce your original pledge to a much lower amount of $17 and get you a new package out in the mail.I'm sure that would be more comfortable for you correct?rebutle 1: well Mr C****, your support is greatly relied upon, how bout i put you down for a goodwill booster of 15 or 12?-------------------------------When you make a phone pledge of say $25, your pledge kit will arive and say either $35 or $45If you do pay the donation, you will be called by several other charitable organizations using many different names likefirefighters, war vets, police...all owned by J.A.K.we also use scam lines like:child protection programchild fingerprint programchildren of officers who are ****ed or injured in the line of dutyofficers violently ****edall are free to contact me, i can provide all scrips (amvets, CPPA, F.O.P, etc.)photo's of work terminals, scripts, re****le forms...Here's a little shocking news for you readers. JAK productions stands for John A***ham Keller (this is not his birth name) Mrkeller is not a resident of the united states... Mr Keller is from... the middle east...and 85% to 97% of every thing you give as a donation, doesnt go to help any one but the middle east, and we all know whathappens when a middle easterner gets a little extra money.....if you would like to call the office that called youparkersburg wv office(304) 422-9363wheeling wv office(304) 232-0577

Say what you want, these organizations provide programs that are good for the communities that the organizations are located in, they would not get this money if it were not for companies like this. 15% or so of a large portion of money that is raised is more than they would get from selling jelly or so****ing ****** like that, so stop crying......the****ential donor has the ability to **** up the phone, so ***ody is being strong armed. Not to mention that, but these types of companies like JAK provide jobs to people, ***dreds or up to thousands of people who can now provide for their families and they do so by abiding by state and federal laws....with a national unemployment rate over 8.5%, some of you lazy, judgemental, too good to do that, states****istance collectors may want to look into this type of thing and save the rest of our tax dollars. It disgusts me that so many people talk about scams when they don't have all the facts, they don't see the big picture.....that is what is wrong with the world today. People saying garbage like "i would not do that job", problem is they won't do any job and meanwhile the rest of us who just want to provide have to pay the way for them......I say telemarketing is a good thing, if you don't like it **** UP.

Charles "from London to green bay all us girlies say it wld b the highlight of our day if he wld point his nuts towards our face and spray" Johnson, is a former manager and current employee that all of us ladies in validation would love to **** off. I mean sloppy wet and all the way to the *****, if it was feeding my kids or eating charles's give me Charles everytime. He is so lush, his body carved from a block of pure Grecian marble. All of us in valid our w***es meaning we could perform ***ually for monetary ***n,but, we would rather exsist under the warm glow of johnsons aura. In fact the ladies ( and I use that termloosley) of jak have a weekly gathering where we worship his image and pray to his likeness. Then too close out our meetings we exchage ******y ***ual fantasies involving BIG Johnson. Love him. Jak is a great place to work, Charles Johnson works their and he is so ***y if he cld somehow manage to ***** on the collective whole of humanity all the worlds ailments wld b magically cured.

J.A.K use yo be a great place to work but all of a sudden it seem like all of the people we call are idiots.i can't figure out why they sit on the phone and not say anything. Their a bunch of degenerates if ya ask me. Ive been working there for almost 4 years and still get no respect from.managers. Thet monitor my calls and want to harass me for getting rude with some of the people who wanna sit there silent or tell me to stop calling them. I wanna file a grievance but the main guy there seems to back them up. I hate working for that jack*** John Keller. He himself monitors me and ask to speak to me. What a waste! I don't plan on working there much longer. I'm headed out of there in maybe 2 years or whenever they catch me giving the customers a piece of my mind. They haven't done much yet so until they fire me, the***** with them.

yea i work at jak, i get payed 8.00/hr.In all honesty i find it very hard to believe Matt makes over 100,000 dollars a year. For one he has the homeliest kids Ive ever seen, you'd think with the money hes(supposedly) making they could take a shower once in a while because they don't look like they do. Second, this big money maker doesn't even have his own car, hes always ***ming rides off another manager named Harry. Now i don't know about you but if i was making over a ***dred thousand dollars a year id have an escalade or so****ing or at least maybe buy a bus pass...i dunno tho that's just me!!!

We had a dance-off with half phat and big pretty in front of that place. I hate to admitt it, but we got served. BP was bustin' some straight Michael Jackson sh*t and Phat broke out the Captain Morgan. Straight up! These guys are no joke. My boy did the West Side Slide down a light poll...I even did a split, but it didn't add up. They gave us 45 seconds to dip and we hopped in the mini van and bounced! Be safe round there if you're a dance troupe.

The bottom line for the business is that it is a good honest business. Granted at times there are a**holes on both ends of the phone. The funds no matter how they are distributed go towards helping people. If you wanna give then give if you don't, no problem. When you donate to worthwhile causes it comes back to you some way or another. Remember its better to give than receive.
(636) 327-4442 - May 23rd, 2009 4:00am
I doubt that the above was really posted by Matt Hefner because he is the call center manager in the Wheeling call center and claims he makes over one ***dred thousand dollars per year at JAK. By the way, the Wheeling call center phone number is actually: 304-232-3434 and the receptionest is Rhonda McArdle.
(636) 327-4442 - May 23rd, 2009 4:00am
The above is from a disgruntled former manager. Let me mention that JAK provides a valuable service to society by providing a job for convicted felons who otherwise might have to be on welfare.

please report all call to 636-332-5105 Wentzville police dept. # robert major.they are legal, but only because of a loophole they exploit by donating 2% of what they reap to some charity. They are not actually located in Missouri at all, although the number 636-327-4442 is located outside St. Louis. The only way to stop them is state by state to close the loophole allowing them to solicit as a charity if they donate only as little as 2% of their take. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH07/25/2007A California police charity that says it helps the families of police officers ****ed in the line of duty has repeatedly used "harassing and intimidating tactics" to defraud Missouri donors, Attorney General Jay Nixon said Tuesday. In a lawsuit filed in St. Louis Circuit Court, Nixon accuses telemarketers of Police Protective Fund of bullyingMissourians, especially the elderly, into giving to the charity. The suit says the charity took in more than $5.9 million nationally in donations last year, with just a total of $37,000 going to the families of deceased officers. Of the $5.9 million, $3.7 million went to pay the expenses of professional fundraisers. Much of the rest of the charity's income went to pay salaries, payroll taxes, rent and a variety of other expenses.Police Protective Fund, based in Hollywood, was founded by Phil LeConte and David Dierks, who met while both were students at the University of Illinois. Also named in the suit is the American****ociation of Police Officers, which Nixon says is the administrative charity for Police Protective Fund and receives management fees from charitable donations raised by Police Protective Fund. The suit accuses Police Protective Fund of violating Missouri consumer protection laws. It says that****ential donors solicited by phone are not told that benefits to officers' families are capped at a total of $40,000 a year. The suit says that the attorney general's office has received complaints from the public, alleging that telemarketers for the charity have been belligerent and rude and "would not take 'no' for an answer, even when consumers said they were Some said the callers told them that unless they contributed, "you may call the police one day and they won't respond."The suit asks that the court stop the charity from making fraudulent solicitations, that the charity be forced to make full res***ution to all consumers who have been defrauded and that the charity pay several other fines and penalties."Abusive telemarketing calls will not be tolerated in Missouri," Nixon said.Records from 2005 list LeConte as a director and executive officer of Police Protective Fund with a salary of $112,652.Police Protective Fund and related groups such as the American****ociation of Police Officers and the Junior PoliceAcademy have been the focus of legal action in several states.A call to the offices of the three organizations was not returned Tuesday. JAK Productions Inc operate out of Parkersburg West ******ia. They are using 800-931-9744 now. You can call them at 304-422-9363 or 9360.
