This is the collection agency for cablevision. Had they treated me right while I was a customer I would have never left in the first place. Perhaps they should learn how to treat a customer right in the first place and they wouldn't leave you. They say I owe for the equipment even though they have it. Oddly enough I still have a business account with them and it's a completely different division and that department treats it's customers quite well. I find it really funny how they separate the 2 divisions offering the same service and one is pleasant and one bullies you.Great Job!!!
