I got a call a couple of times this month with the most recent today 2-8-16, stating that they would be at my house to serve papers or at work to serve me with papers and someone would come to my place of employment and the HR needed to be present as well as a witness. I have asked for proof to be provided to me during the calls of the debt I supposedly owe, they have refused to send me any information, they want me to give them my ssn and I refuse to verify any info with them, become very angry. I told them to come on me and HR are waiting for them. They sound like its really true with all the case number and stuff but won't verify anything. They have also called my ex and my mother-in-law in the past, she thought I had stole her iden***y and verified the info and then she had so****ing to show up on her credit report that she had to get straightened out, so do not verify anything, all the info they give you can be found of the computer. I asked them to tell me my ssn number not just the last 4 and they could not, well would not, my m-I-l did give her whole number. The call back number on this is 877-240-6150 or 877-240-6151.

Received an on-screen warning on my computer re a networking problem. which I needed fixed right away. I had not had been contacted this way in the past. To fix the problem I (unfortunately) I subscribed for one year, let them control my computer, but would not subscribe for a second year. Don't know if they fixed the problem or not. Could not notice any difference. Received a call about a week later from a person named John (?), said he was calling from India (I asked) with an offer to extend the contract for one year for an additional $100. He gave the name of his company as Easy On-Line Solutions, under subcontract to System Techsolutions LLC. Don't know whether to believe him or not. Caller ID indicated his calling location at above number in Amagansett, NY. Will have to check it all out.

I got a call just a little while ago 11/11/15. It was originally from "The St. Charles County Sheriff's office" stating they are going to come to my house on Friday the 13th to issue me a summons - he gave a case number and a number of 314-227-0097 to call to have them stop the the summons from being served. I called the number - Wow.... the man I talked to was such an ******! I tried to get some info from him, to find out where I was calling and what it pertains to. He asked for my name. I gave him my first name and he had my last name. He placed me on hold to "pull the hard file". When he came back to the line (about 3 mins of being on hold), he indicated about a loan from 2011. When I tried to inquire about the loan, he s****ed getting rude with me and asked me how I was going to pay it back. I asked him to fax me a copy of the loan agreement and the signature page. He got really ****ed and s****ed asking me if I am disputing the loan, etc. As I was trying to get some info.... he flipped out and said Fine, I will have the Sheriff's office at your door this Friday to serve the papers, have fun in court and going to jail" - then he ***g up on me. CRAZY!

And he says, "Department of Fraud." Whatever that means - okay buddy. So I say, "Okay, what's your badge number?" Since he's representing as a law enforcement (my voicemail message said I was going to be "served") I figure he might as well have a badge number, right? Wrong. The dude FLIPS OUT. Says he "doesn't have to jump through hoops" and I'm uncooperative and he "can't wait to see me in court." Yes. Okay. So I call him back, and he laughs at me, tells me that I won't get any information from him and ****s up. So okay, at this point, I'm pretty upset. I call back, tell him to get an "effin' job" and now he's upset that I cursed, because somehow, that's worse than anything else HE'S said. My step***her calls in to find out what his problem is, and Chris calls him a *******! We've filed a complaint with the Harris County Sheriff here in Houston - what this guy tried to pull off today was awful.

I got a call from a Marshall Taylor out of Marion County Iowa for my ex husband, we've been divorced fro 15 years. This****hole says he has some criminal complaints and they will be filing a***nst him. Then says Joseph has been served. No Joseph has not been served because he did not speak to joseph nor did he leave the message on his phone. Scammer get a job and leave everyone alone. This is the second number that called from Miscrosoft telling me my computer was not working properly and I needed to get it fixed. They left a message about their gas and electric, who my company used to do work with, but left a local MD number and name, which is where my company is located.
