They call numerous times a day s****ing early in the morning. ID comes up as V Mark. I normally don't respond to numbers I don't recognize. This time I did. A young lady(sounded like a teenager)talked extremely fast about me receiving $125 gas rebate. Asked if I lived at the same mailing address...She could not even*****ounce the name of the city I live in. I told her she didn't know what she was talking about...she ***g up the phone. My biggest concern is that she rattled off the last 4 digits of visa chk/debit card and now I am very concerned about iden***y theft. What is the next step to take in cat****g these callers and putting them out of business?
