We got a call from this number last night. I did a bit of research. The carrier for this phone is a company called adbeep.llc. It is also from a (630) exc****e. Specificially it is (630)852-2275. Su****iously it is also temporarily disconnected right now. Considering their annual sales are about $100,000 it very well may be who is behind these other calls. All right, that is just a guess but it does seem plausible to me. The company is listed at 560 Ogden Ave. Ste. E. Lisle, Illinois. The principle is listed as James Wan. As for me, that may be a false name but it is a great place to s****.

I, too, am on the Do Not Call registry and, for years, it worked. But, in the last few months, these unwanted calls (from this # and several others) have been getting out of control to the tune of 20 to 30 calls a week. I am a senior citizen and am getting sick and tired of having to always check my caller-id to see who is calling. Even though I don't answer if I don't know who it is, it's still annoying. Does ANYONE know what can be done about this?

I hit '1' to get to a person. a guy answered and when I asked what company he was with he said 'taco bell' -- i said that the call was talking about credit and he said yes, its a new service were offering to deliver to your home. when i asked for their address he said he was in tokyo What BS.. these calls come in several times a day..

I agree with D. Lawrence this is telephone harrassment.. Get a call from this number about three, four times a week during the day. It's a inconvenience. If I don't recognize the name or number on the phone screen, I simply do not answer. Thank you to everyone who has posted this number and your experiences.

Caller ID said cellphone Illinois. Mssg said dial 9 to qualify for reduced interest rates on my "ACCOUNT". I hit 9, someone came on asking if I dialed 9 to have my interest rate reduced. I said "No, I dialed 9 to talk with someone to have you take me off your call list". They ***g up!! Sleezebags!!

My home received a call today at 3:17pm. My daughter answered and the person on the phone breathed into the phone and said "I'm going to come slit your *ucking throat" and then ***g up the phone. My daughter said it was an adult male. The police are there now.

Some credit company (I say this loosely) -- as I don't have any credit cards, have no home phone number (they are blast-dialing a fax ma****e that is unlisted & unpublished AND on the do-not-call list.) This number has called over 10 times in the past 9 days -- unreal!!

Does anyone else notice an ineffectiveness of the do not call registry? I am receiving calls from this and many other numbers that are selling everything from alarm systems to credit services. I even have Telemarketers speaking Spanish when I answer the phone. Sincerely, Frustrated in ATL

Was sitting in a cardiologist office when the call came. What a scam. I've filed a complaint with the DO NOT CALL registry. Suggest anyone else that receives a call, should do the same.
