I answered the call because I recognized the exc****e 623 as being in the area that I was expecting a call from on a business matter. When I answered, the man asked for me by my name, but had a strong MidEastern tone. I asked what the call was about and he went off speaking a foreign language to what sounded to be a dozen different people in the background. That went on for a good minute before I ***g up.
