I never answer this number but it always leaves a creepy sounding voicemail, a recording of someone named "Nicole". I get the same voicemail from 619-900-1650 & that number has an 80% spam score, someone said they tell you that you've won a $100 gift card & then they ask for your Visa card info so you can pay the $1.95 shipping fee for your gift card, I haven't heard that yet but like I said I never answer the phone when these numbers come up.
