I was on another phone with another person (at work) and my private cell rang. The voice mail was odd, sounded like someone was breathing and maybe people talking in the distant background. I swore i heard my name whispered before the call ended.thinking it was someone i knew messing with me, i called back but it was disconnected. after reading these reviews, I think i know what this is. I did get an STD in san Diego, but I've been working with a person directly who knows how to reach me. I'll let her know about this, your complaints and that the decent thing to do is leave a call back number that is workable. otherwise these kinds of calls amount to prank calls

This is the SD department of health. If you get a call from this number it means that someone you know has been put on a 72hr mental health watch. this number shows up when they call, but it doesn't trace back to the real number to get ahold of them. FYI.

Caller ID says "SD CTY OF" so I answered. A male on the other end told me he was from the City Of San Diego and they are doing a disease control survey. He then asked "if there were any healthcare workers in the home", when I replied no, he said "thank you very much", then simply ***g up. Not even waiting for a you're welcome from me or goodbye from either of us.I called the number back immediately (within one minute of the call) because I felt it very su****ious, just to find the number is "disconnected or no longer in service". What the*****???

This number left me a 3 minute voicemail message. Apparently, it thought I called them and they put me on hold, but it was actually recording a voicemail! I check the message and I hear j*** music playing and voices saying "Thank you for holding. We look forward to speaking to you. Please hold on to the line and we'll be with you as soon as we can."
