If the carrier doesn't do anything to stop the calls, you can report them to the FCC. This guy c****ed his carrier to ***rless Network. Contact ***rless and they will tack a DO NOT CALL list recording when you try to call that number back. If you continue to get calls, you have the right to contact the district attorney where the carrier is and file a complaint.
