STOP this guy by doing the following: if you live in Florida go to the Dept. Of Ag link I'm providing you. If you live in another state check with your Dept. of Ag to see if they hanhttp://app1.800helpfla.com/cswebcomplaints/FileComplaint.aspxdle complaints. This guy is showing up on many sites such as this by way of people complaining- I'm giving you the answer so the solution is to follow up and put him out of business. He uses MANY different company names and as the pattern shows claims it's not a sales call. If you can get a government grant to convert heating units to solar, there's still a balance owed and HE's not paying for it, ergo it IS a telemarketing call per the Attorney General's Office in Florida, who directed me to this link:http://app1.800helpfla.com/cswebcomplaints/FileComplaint.aspxDO NOT fill out on line as you won't have "required" info such as address, true company name, etc. as he is re-routing his calls to hide his iden***y. PRINT the form out and MAIL it in. be as specific as possible about the date and time(s) he called, and be certain to state if you told him not to call any further yet he still did.I hope this helps others- I mailed my form off yes****ay.The Florida Dept. of Ag relishes in prosecuting anyone who blatantly disregards consumers who issue a cease and desist order to stop calling or who are on either the National or State DNC Registry.

I received, and do***ented, approximately 20 of these calls over a three week period (and probably a dozen over the month before). I reported them to the FTC https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2 as I have been on the "Do Not Call" registry since 2003. These calls come in on my landline (which unbeknownst to anyone is forwarded to my cell phone - this gave me a nice record of the dates and times of calls to file my complaint). I filed around January 20, and the last call I received was January 19. I highly recommend it, 'cuz I *think* I'm finally off his list! (And yes, he was a **** in the extreme - very rude - seemed to not realize that by telling me I could get "stimulus money" he REALLY ****ed me off!)

This phone number (wireless caller) calls constantly. Many times when I answer the phone there is nothing but dead air. My husband has answered and told these people to take us off their calling list and so have I. They keep calling anyway. Today "Dave" said that he'd never heard of a 'no call' list. Yeah, right. I told him A***N to take us off his calling list. I pay the phone company for phone service so my family and friends can call me....not for the convenience of sales calls! It would be nice if the repeat offenders of the do not call registry were to pay fines. Maybe then they'd stop this nonsense.

Also called my house this morning leaving a message saying "ok I'm out" or so****ing to that effect. Seems like they are trying to get those they call to call back. I would advise anyone who looks this up not to call the number back. Just a feeling.
