I promise this is Verizon. They are contacting you because they are *********s. Likely your bill is slightly overdue. If you answer they will put you on hold for a minute until a represemtative comes on the line. They will tell you you owe money, and you will offer to pay, they will say well its not due for another 2 weeks, and then they will cut your bill off anyway. Also, to reactivate your account, after they unjustly cut it off, they will charge you an additional $15 PER LINE to reactivate. They also have some of the worst customer service practices I have ever seen.

I believe this is actually a separate dept. of Verizon called "Treasury" or some ****. I've had to deal with these ******s on and off for a while now. However, I never answer calls i don't recognize, unless they leave a message, which in THIS case sounds like a phone being ***g up. i DO have Verizon, and a few months ago, i had a problem trying to pay my bill when the little ma****e they have in the corner, withdrew money from my account, froze up on itself, and never forwarded the money to collections. they've been trying to make me pay it A***N (even though i have bank statements showing the money was withdrawn) so I filed a complaint with a regional manager until she credited the account. lets see if the calls continue.

This number called my phone asking for the primary account holder, I'm just on a family plan & I am not the account holder. I have been on this account for over 5 years and never has Verizon called me for anything, they wouldn't they should call the primary account holder. Anway, our bill is paid the moment they send the account holder a texted bill; we double checked and as of today we have a zero balance due. We don't pay late. So this company would have no reason to call us. We called Verizon and they said the call was NOT made by them and do not give them any information about your account or your banking info. So even if you do pay your bill they are still calling people!

this number keeps calling my cell phone, the first time I answered they said they were Verizon and asked for my husband, i explained to them that my husband has his own separate cell phone and they need to call that if they wanted to get in touch with him, we both have verizon, if it is ****** verizon calling then they would know how to get in touch with my husband seeing as the plan is in his name not mine, and his number is the main one on the account. That is why I believe it is NOT Verizon calling, but a SCAM!

If this is Verizon, then they need to get into contact with the contract holder, and not someone who is simply on the plan. Here is a list of times that this number has called me for two days now: Day 1: 1:45 PM 4:57 PM 5:03 PM Day 2: 11:31 AM 1:20 PM 3:50 PM 3:55 PM I do not answer unknown numbers, and I do not answer unknown callers. I expect this problem will continue the rest of the week. I also have reason to believe that seven previous calls from a strange number are linked to this number.

This number calls me approx 4 times per day and never leaves a voice-mail. I don't answer strange calls anymore, so I ignore it. When I call it back and block my number, it asks for my account number. It states it's Verizon Wireless, but Verizon says it's not them when I call their main number! Put it on your "national do not call list"! This is a scam!
