It IS Verizon. I was late with payment. They provide a service that I agreed to pay to use. They are not the bad guys. I was wrong. I just appreciate that Verizon paid me the courtesy of a calling with a reminder instead of just dropping my service because I did not keep up my end of the bar***n. They call my phone 2-5 times a day, not even speaking of night. It's a live person, with is normally not found in companies. They always ask for my mom, but they don't want to call her phone.... Strange... I do not believe this is really Verizon.

This is Verizon calling about a bill. When I find out who it is, I **** up and go inline to check and pay the bill. Annoying to ge the calls but sometimes helpful.
