It IS Verizon. I was late with payment. They provide a service that I agreed to pay to use. They are not the bad guys. I was wrong. I just appreciate that Verizon paid me the courtesy of a calling with a reminder instead of just dropping my service because I did not keep up my end of the bar***n.
