Call saying they are from comcast, but I've never in 10 plus years of being a customer have I ever had someone call me asking for payment, simply have service shut off. Nothing more- nothing less. Seems EXTREMELY fishy to give some random person claiming to be an employee of comcast my credit card number or checking account number
