Debt collector calling itself "National Recovery" "NRA" making harassing calls. I got a 2nd call from them today after I already asked them to stop. When I answered my cell phone, their agent asked to speak to somebody I never heard of. I told her she has the wrong number and to stop calling my cell phone for the second time... then she said "I don't have to stop calling you!" and ***g up. (FDCPA, FCC, FTC, Attorney General)
