An opportunistic house flipper getting numbers from mortgage companies and other sources. They call people about houses that aren’t for sale and try to buy them for less than the value - in trade for making the paperwork fast and easy. Don’t trust anyone doing this. Always have a real estate attorney read do***ents or you may not get paid, may still owe for the mortgage, etc.

I don't even have a house up for sale. My number is on the federal do not call registry. These house flippers really should be checking donotcall.gov before calling a number. I never initiated any contact. I will be reporting them to the FCC for violating my DO NOT CALL rights.
