I googled this phone number on Dec. 23, 2009 and it came up as a cell phone from the Worthington (Columbus), Ohio area. So.... is it a cell phone, or a bill collector, or does anyone really know?

So what does one do? I got a call from 614-635-8115 too. But no way do I want to answer and talk to the idiots! If I owe any bill, it is once a***n, a collector trying to grab money from a car accident I was in 2 years ago that the other driver was found at fault, and his insurance was supposed to pay and their adjuster agreed to pay! But apparently did not! Legally, I probably have a law suite a***nst the collectors for harassment, the insurance company for not paying their bills for the hospital fees that consisted of one cat scan and one saline 'IV', and a***nst the hospital for taking my own insurance company's $5,000 worth of benefits and still not paying for the radiologist or the doctor, who are, (have to be), the outstanding debts left over after the hospital ****ed up all five grand from my own insurance coverage becasue those are the only POSSIBLE services they provided. (And I say possible becasue no doctor ever saw me or examined me at all that night!) But, I can't seem to find an attorney worth a **** to sue any of them! Have one, and have paid him to file suite, and given him copies of all paperwork and all evidence including final police report and the name of the insurance adjuster for the other driver that ran the red light and caused it all. But I guess you need an electric cattle prod to get ANY attorney to do any **** thing for you! Let alone to get the hospital to fess up that they stole my ins. co's. five grand which they obviously did steal becasue I was never seen by the doctor that this collection is for, or for the radiologist that has another collection agency harassing me and represents the only other thing that was even done for me in those two hours I was present that night!Meanwhile, I'm trying to figure out what they did with the five grand that they did get from my insurance company that never was suppose to pay anything since the other driver was at fault, (but they did), since a cat scan and a saline IV was the only services I received that night. And the saline IV was administered by a male nurse that I saw for maybe fifteen minutes. And I DON'T think that the five grand went to pay HIS salary there! So seriously, what happened to the five grand MY ins. co. is the only services I received, (besides that of the male nurse), were never paid for out of the five grand that my insurance company gave them even though they should not have even had to pay becasue the other driver was at fault?! Because I couldn't even FIND a doctor to talk to the entire time! What ever for are they trying to send me a bill for at all, let alone to hire these professional character****assins to ruin your day, your life, and certainly your credit when you were never responsible for payment and told them so to begin with! Especially when I gave them my Medicare information also just to be fair and sure that they would have no reason or excuse to say I did not provide them with insurance, (I provided them with three different insurance companies to pay for the two bills, the two that were never paid when you include Medicare, my insurance company's $5-thousand, AND the name and the adjuster for the other insurance company that DID accept full responsibility to pay ALL the bills. Including the bills for the patient care that I went there to receive, but never even did receive becasue NO ONE was available anywhere where on the entire floor TO EVEN ASK! I never did even get the MRI that the first EMT on the scene of the accident advised me to go to the hospital that night to get based on prior neck injuries, becasue the doctor that has apparently hired THIS rotten collection agency to harass me, refused to even step foot in the room to examine me!!Meanwhile, I can't find the paperwork right now, but am sure that I could get a copy from them to prove it as Medicare ALSO already paid for the radiologist AND the doctor that are still harassing me, meaning that I can only****ume that both the doctor and the radiologist have already been paid now by ALL THREE insurance carriers, Medicare, my auto insurance company, AND the insurance company of the driver found at fault that night! But meanwhile the hospital, (who only provided the room for me to be ignored in for two hours while I waited to see a doctor that never showed up to even examine me), apparently took all $5,000 from my own private insurance company, (according to my insurance company anyhow), and stuck it in their own coffers without paying for any of the services that I DID receive except for the cat scan itself! The technicians that gave me the cat scan there that night said the cat scan would only use up about $800 of the $5,000 insurance limit of my own auto - medical coverage, promising me that I had nothing to worry about in advance! That there would be PLENTY of extra money left over from my own insurance limits of five grand to cover that, and the nurse, and the radiologist and the doctor, all before still being enough to have the MRI I went in for that night but never received at all! It's clear to me that this entire collection agency BS not just in my own case but in a lot of others has really gone WAY too far anymore! And if our elected officials in Washington really gave a hoot about their cons***uents, THIS would be a great place for them to s**** when it comes to making some new laws to protect people that should not be being harassed to begin with! There seems, sadly enough, to be nothing that any of us CAN do ourselves without some help FROM our congressional and senate reps! If I am wrong, and anyone else has any other idea, any at all, PLEASE post your solution here! Maybe if we are lucky, a real attorney, one with a heart and a sense of m**** responsibility will post some advice, and maybe even his phone number! I mean seriously, these idiots need to be sued for big time punitive damages in from what I read, more than 50% of all the cases of harassment I hear and read about on the internet every day now! It really has gone on WAY too long, and needs to have so****ing done about it! But what can any one person do? If I had any sort of real answer to that question myself, I would be posting IT instead of reciting my own sad-and-sorry story here as well! Becasue this really is BS!
