I have received two spam calls today from Ca***a - one from Area Code 514 (Montreal) and this one from Ottawa (613). The calls are not subject to the Do Not Call List - just calls originating from The USA are subject to it. However, I've been on that list since it began and it's about as good as toilet paper. Just use your Caller ID and if you don't recognize the number, don't pick up your phone. Spammers rarely leave a message on my voice mail.

"Do not call" does not apply to Ca***a. They are probably really in the US using a Ca***ian number. That is why they are called s***.

This number was probably "s****ed" from a legitimate company by a scamming A** H***. That way, it cannot be traced back to the scam artist.
