I requested information from Capella and after weighing my options and deciding this school wasn't for me, a representative from Capella has called three times a day for the past week asking why and telling me to reconsider, that choosing another school would be a big mistake. I have asked them repeatedly not to call anymore, and someone else calls the next time claiming they did not know I don't want them calling. If I don't answer, they **** up on the voicemail instead of leaving a message. If you're thinking of this school, FORGET IT. Multiple calls a day from Capella University and no voicemail left. I finally called number back and had to go thru a prompted menu and finally press number for a degree. Finally actually spoke with a person and told them to remove my number from their calling list that I was on the Do Not Call Registry and then nicely informed them that I was recording the call and the next time they call I will file a complaint.
