Thanks to Mary, I called 866-246-7196 earlier this week and a couple of days later it did stop the calls.

I finally got them to stop calling me from a couple of different phone numbers. I got this advise from another blog comment for the other phone number; a do not call service at 866-246-7196. Unfortunately, they provide this service to only a small number of companies. Fortunately, this is one of them. First give them the caller's phone number to confirm it's on their list then give the receiving phone number to add to the do not call request list.
