Individual had a heavy accent but said the call was extremely important & talked about criminal charges. I’ve had parking tickets in the past that are paid for & no outstanding balances that someone would make a call like this. I know this is an intimidation tactic that someone would try to scam someone into calling back & getting taken advantage of. Don’t fall for it! This is definitely a SCAM!

Some one with an almost unintelligible Indian accent told me that there was "a lawsuit and other criminal activity on my SSN." I told them that I'd been a lawyer for over 30 years (true) and I knew full well that I was in no trouble. However, they would be in quite a lot if they continued to harass me.
