Made a report with the Federal Trade Commision at www.DoNotCall.gov - since this was the 2nd time I got a call from this phone#...Answered phone on 2nd or 3rd ring each time, answered "Hello" multiple times, just open air, left line open for a while- thinking bad reception for whomever is calling me, then I disconnected, after no response for some time. Just looked the number up, and see that it has been reported as a Junk Debt Collector...So, now they have been reported...If you are going to call me and waste my time, then you better be there when I pick up the phone. That and I have been dealing with these junk debt collectors for years over debt that is well over 8-10yrs old now, from iden***y theft.. They can provide no info on the supposed debt and had insufficient evidence for court...Their own attorney pulled the case, for having no evidence to go to court with- which I was willing to do. Companies keep updating it on my credit report and refuse to remove the bad report- said they did not care what their own attorney could not prove. Keep selling the debt off and it s****s all over- however appears that there is about 6 separate bad credit marks on my credit report- all the same debt- just different debt collectors.
