They lied and told me the resort was 1 hour away, when in fact it was 3-1/2 hours away. When I realized this, I called to cancel the tour and they would not refund my deposit. Would not allow me to speak to management. Do not answer these calls and definitely do not agree to anything they ask.

This co calls almost every day two or three times, even though I am on the Do Not Call list. They are annoying.What they don't know is that I have never nor will ever answer the phone at home unless I recognize the number on the caller ID. YES, they call nonstop, multiple times a day.It took over 5 minutes for me to finally end the phone call once I was handed over to the manager. Unless you're interested in going on a vaka that you hadn't planned, do what you can to end the call and specifically tell them "remove my phone number from your list"
