Called, didn't speak when I answered. Probably same scanner. Checking my fraud watchdogs just in case.
(607) 739-5395
Foreigner kept telling me he would lower my interest rates. Wanted me to verify my cc. Wanted me to spend $30 more on my card to be eligible for the low interest fee. Told him I was not interested and felt he was a scammer. He proceeded to tell me he was not and I could transfer other amounts from other cards to this card. When I told him no he said just charge $30 more on the card to get the 6.9% interest. I said no and he said he would call in a couple of days. I called my bank immediately. He was a scammer. Cancelled my card to be on the safe side and blocked his number.
