I have never had a loan.. the only thing I can think of is I applied for a car loan on line and that is how they got my name and number. they also said if I don't pay it there would be charges filed a***nst me in the court house under my name and ss number.. It is scary they have call my references and told them the same thing…

What credit card payment, Legacy, I don't have Legacy, they go into a pitch about the payment and over teh limit etc. I **** up on them. I received 12 more calls withing a 3 hour time frame from the same number. We had to get our phone number c****ed.
